The Haven Standard began as a one-page contract on his truck dashboard. Now it’s the operating system for ten brands, but Grant still reviews the photo record from every Redwood City job that flags a deviation. He lives in Belmont with his wife and two dogs who have learned not to expect him home before dark during patio season. He’ll tell you the only certification that ever mattered was the one he earned the hard way: finishing a paver job in January 2008 during a week of rain that taught him more about substrate drainage than any classroom could.

Marcus T., Lead Technician - Roofing & Exterior

Marcus has been crawling attics and measuring roof planes in San Mateo County for fourteen years.
